What if apex predators went to war?

Would it be tigers against lions, cheetahs against panthers?

Would they forge weapons out of their words?

but settle the matters with their teeth? 

What if apex predators went to war?

Would the innocent ones cower in fear?

While the elder cats teach its cubs to always stay near?

To me it has always been unclear…

What if apex predators went to war?

Would the world ever again see even a glimpse of peace?

or hear the harmonies in a musical piece?
